Weapon Matrix Guide: Best Builds for Version 3.x

Weapon matrices are the endgame customization in Tower of Fantasy. Here's the optimal matrix setup for every element.

The Fire Element Build (Best for F2P)

Fire is the recommended element for F2P players because the free-to-play weapon set is competitive:

• Main DPS: Lan (Red Lotus) -- farmable from standard banner
• Sub DPS: King (Vulcan) -- free from story
• Support: Cobalt-B -- excellent shield break
• Rotation: Lan skill > Cobalt-B skill (shield break) > King ultimate > Lan charge attack

Matrix Priority Guide
- All DPS weapons: 2-piece Samir (buffs all ATK)
- If you have Crow 4-piece: use on your primary DPS weapon
- Don't farm matrices until you have at least 2 weapons at 5-star
- Save your matrix pulls for limited banners (non-standard matrices are 2x stronger)
- You can use purple matrices (SR quality) as temporary filler
- SSR matrix selector box: ALWAYS pick Samir first (most versatile)

SEA ToF meta: In the SEA Tower of Fantasy server, Frost is the most popular element (the Yulan meta is still strong). Fire is the second most popular. If you're going F2P, commit to ONE element and never spread your resources. A single-element team at 5-star weapons is stronger than a multi-element team with 1-star weapons. Elemental resonance (using 2+ weapons of the same element) gives 20% ATK bonus -- this is the key mechanic that makes mono-element teams viable.
