Weekly Training Schedule
- Monday: Speed training for all positions
- Tuesday: Technical (passing + dribbling)
- Wednesday: Physical (stamina + strength)
- Thursday: Mental (awareness for defenders)
- Friday: GK specific + rest day for outfield
- Saturday: Match practice (play 3-5 games)
- Sunday: Recover + apply training programs
The underrated stat: Stamina. A player with 70 stamina performs 40% worse in the 75th minute. In eFootball, most goals are scored after the 75th minute. Build two squads and rotate. Fresh players with 90+ stamina in the last 15 minutes crush tired defenders. Use your 5 subs every single game -- especially the wingers and central midfielder.
